Welcome to Sanchay Card. By accessing or using our software platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Role of Sanchay Card (Important Disclaimer)

Sanchay Card is strictly a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided to petrol pump owners. We do not provide, fund, guarantee, or manage any loyalty points, gifts, or rewards to end customers.

  • The respective petrol pump owner is solely responsible for deciding the loyalty criteria, issuing points, and providing the actual gifts or rewards to the customers.
  • Sanchay Card assumes absolutely no liability if a petrol pump owner fails to honor accumulated loyalty points or provide promised gifts.
  • If a customer has any complaint regarding loyalty points, rewards, or gifts, they must contact the petrol pump directly. Sanchay Card does not provide any customer support, mediation, or grievance resolution regarding loyalty or reward disputes.

2. Use of the Service

Sanchay Card grants petrol pump owners a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform solely for internal loyalty management purposes in accordance with their subscription plan.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Ensure all customer data inputted complies with local laws.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not misuse the service to conduct illegal activities, attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary tracking algorithms, or artificially inflate loyalty points outside of legitimate business transactions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sanchay Card provides its software "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, or resulting from disputes between petrol pump owners and their customers.
