From loyalty software to complete petrol pump management
Sanchay Card began with a simple observation: sirf fuel se kaam nahi chalega. Customers choose the pump that gives them something back. So we built a loyalty engine for petrol pumps — points on every refill, rewards chosen by the pump, and AI fraud tracking to keep the points honest.
But loyalty is only one part of running a pump. A pump owner who wants loyal customers also has meter readings in a register, udhaar to recover over the phone, cash shortage to settle at shift change and a stock variance that is known only at the month end.
That is why Sanchay now covers the complete management of the pump. Sales, shifts, nozzles, tank stock, tanker deliveries, staff attendance and salary, credit customers, fleets, expenses, maintenance, purchases, loyalty and reports — in one platform, with a mobile app for staff and for credit customers.
