No. You can start with the modules you need first — for example shifts, nozzles, meter readings and cash reconciliation — and add tank stock, credit customers, staff and the others later. All modules are part of the same software, so nothing has to be entered again when you start using a new one.
Yes. A meter reading entered for a nozzle is used for the sale, the shift reconciliation, the expected stock and the reports. A tanker delivery updates the tank stock and creates the purchase. That is the difference between one platform and separate registers.
Staff use the app for attendance with GPS and live photo, for their assigned nozzle and for fuel requests. Credit customers use their app to see fuel purchased, transactions, outstanding balance, payments and vehicles, and to submit fuel requests.
