Agreement to Terms

By using Sanchay Card’s website (Sanchaycard.com) or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements to use Sanchay Card services. By signing up, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Sanchay Card Services

Sanchay Card offers a royalty points program where users earn points on petrol pump refills at partner locations across India. Points can be redeemed for branded gifts or other rewards. Services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during signup.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Not sharing your account with others.

4. Earning and Redeeming Points

Points are earned based on transactions at partner petrol pumps and credited automatically. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value. Redemption is subject to availability of rewards and our discretion. We reserve the right to adjust point balances due to errors or fraud.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Sanchay Card.com, including logos, text, and designs, is owned by Sanchay Card or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violating these Terms.
• Engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
• At our sole discretion, with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sanchay Card is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services, where applicable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
